Supreme Court to hear two petitions in Kathua rape case

New Delhi:The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear at 2 pm two petitions, including the one filed by a woman lawyer representing the family of the Kathua rape victim.

 Lawyer Deepika Singh Rajawat, representing the victim’s family, alleged threat to her life in pursuing the case in the Kathua court.

 The second plea was filed by a Delhi-based lawyer seeking a CBI probe and transfer of the case from Jammu to Delhi.
